We offer a consistent next business day delivery service with Royal mail group ltd. We use the Royal mail special Delivery guaranteed service.
This service is tracked and a next day service, however with this service there is a risk of outside conditions that effect delivery time IE: weather conditions,traffic etc. which is outside of their control and ours. All this is mentioned in Royal mail group ltd 'Terms And Conditions' for next day delivery services
* Once the order has been dispatched from our premises we can no longer accept responsibility or guarantee performance of courier services.
* We Would advise all orders be made to allow 1-2 working days for delivery to ensure you have time to received and checked the goods. This will allow yourself time to check your order and rectify any discrepancies before your clients appointment date.
* Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of the delivery or reported to the warehouse within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Next day delivery only apply to orders placed before 3pm Monday to thursday. Orders placed on fridays will not be processed until Monday.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Please note we do not accept returns if goods have been opened, Once the hair is removed from its original packaging and security tags removed we can not accept these as returns. Once hair is not in its original state it becomes none resalable. If goods are returned and not in original packaging or in original condition we will not refund or give credit.
Any returns must be agreed by us with email confirmation before goods are to be returned. Please note that The cost of return delivery will not be covered by kismet hair extensions and Shipping expenses to be covered by the buyer.
We request that any returns be emailed to us within 24 hours of receiving goods. With the reason for return and full order information.
You may be offered a credit note or refund depending on the state of the goods returned and reason for return.
